Kelly grew up in the dynamic landscape of Hershey, Pennsylvania - a background she credits for her holistic appreciation of landscapes and lifestyles ranging from the urban heartbeat to bucolic charm. After completing her undergraduate degree with high honors in the heart of Philadelphia, she came to Boston for graduate school. It's now been a decade that she has called Boston home, captivated by the city’s inquisitive nature and innovative creative scene.

Kelly’s professional journey is rooted in research and the art of high-stakes communication. While studying for her Master’s at Emerson College, she sharpened her blade in the clinical world of Speech Pathology. There, she commanded a unique reverse roadmap philosophy by identifying a client’s ultimate goal and working backward to curate a precise & detail-oriented path to success.

It was her five years in healthcare management amid the pandemic that then forged her specialty in steadfast advocacy, ultimately ensuring in real time that her clients’ needs are met with individualized precision.
