We are Commonwealth Standard Realty Advisors, a Greater Boston brokerage founded in 2015 with a clear mission: to raise the bar for what clients and agents should expect from a real estate firm. After years of working at boutique Boston brokerages and larger firms, Commonwealth Standard was created to offer the office culture, mentorship, marketing tools, and ethical standards the industry was missing. Ten years later, that vision drives everything we do.

Our team brings broad, full-service experience across every corner of the Greater Boston real estate market. We help clients buy and sell single-family homes, condos, multifamily properties, commercial spaces, land, and short sales, and we also manage a substantial volume of rentals.
